A. Masonry
1. Supply and lay 250mm x 330mm heavy duty ceramic wall tiles
2. Supply and lay 300mm x 300mm heavy duty ceramic or homogeneous floor tiles.
3. Supply and lay floor water proofing membrane for kitchen and 2 toilets.
4. Supply and lay concealed drainage outlets for kitchen and 2 toilets.
5. Construct 3 nos. of concrete bases for fridge, washing machine and kitchen cabinet.

B. Demolition, Hackage and Disposal
1. Demolition of kitchen and 2 toilets floor and wall tiles.
2. Dismantling of 2 toilets and kitchen sanitary wares.
3. Haulage and disposal of debris.

C. Plumbing
1. Copper re-piping for kitchen and 2 toilets.
2. Plumbing installation jobs as per FOC items for kitchen and 2 toilets.

D. Aluminium Bi Fold Doors
1. Supply and install 2 toilets powder coated frame bi-fold doors.

E. Painting
1. Supply labour and material to paint kitchen and 2 toilets ceiling.

F. Electrical
1. Supply labour to lay 2 double pts, 2 single pts, 1 heater pt and 4 lighting pts for kitchen and 2 tiolets.

G. Miscellaneous
1. Acid floor washing and general cleaning of kitchen and 2 toilets.
2. Supply and lay floor protection cover.
